All orders will receive a USPS tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damage items during shipping, or anything that may happen to your package after your package is marked delivered. It is the customers responsibility to contact USPS to file a claim if necessary. If a package is damaged or stolen we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
We hope you love your purchase! However, we know that sometimes items just doesn't work out like you'd hoped and an exchange is needed.
Please note that all health and beauty purchases are FINAL sale and non refundable.
All other purchases are eligible for Store Credit only - No cash refunds.
If returning an item, customer MUST first send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org using the word "Return" in the subject line no later than 3-days after delivery date. Please include your name and order # along with the items being returned in the email. Return items MUST be postmarked within 7-days of your order being delivered. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. A store credit code will be sent to your email within 1-2 days after receiving your return. Use the code provided in the email to enter during the checkout process of your next order. In order to receive store credit, items must be in the original condition (unworn and including packaging and attached tags).
Please note that return shipping charges as well as handling fees is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges from original purchase will not be credited back to you.
Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by me after the return period will be rejected. We reserve the right to reject any item returned

Damaged or Defective Items:
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, customer MUST contact me within 3-days of receipt of item(s). If contact isn't made within 3-days, the return will be rejected for store credit or refund.
